## What Changed

ClawSEO now targets OpenClaw 2026.9.2, a stable follow-up to OpenClaw 2.0. The existing SEO operator, project records and controlled coding and browser handoffs remain part of the workflow. The Mac installation was migrated with a full rollback copy and verified through an actual Telegram request that recovered clients, project objectives and Codex availability.

The updated installation contract checks the tested OpenClaw version. Existing installations need their OpenClaw runtime upgraded before reconnecting the ClawSEO appliance. A ClawSEO package update alone does not perform every upstream runtime or account migration.

## Connections

Telegram remains connected. The WhatsApp plugin is updated to the matching OpenClaw release, but phone pairing is still required. Additional channels, native computer access and memory features depend on their own compatible setup and permissions. The foundation upgrade does not automatically grant access to accounts or applications.

## Update

Back up the dedicated installation and follow the OpenClaw update guidance before updating ClawSEO. Preserve project records and verify the connected workflow after migration.

For installations on 2.10.2 or earlier, use the current installer after upgrading OpenClaw. The older CLI retains its previous configuration checks during an update and cannot complete this migration by itself. Run `clawseo doctor` after installation and verify your connected channel.
