## What is included

New appliance installations and updates now include the same controlled operator package used by the dedicated ClawSEO installation. It brings public website investigation, local benchmarks, saved project objectives, evidence-based planning, controlled Codex handoffs, verification and clear reports into the general release.

The operator can investigate any public website without registering it first. Changes to files, hosting and private systems still require the appropriate connection and approval. Saved findings and project decisions help it resume work across conversations.

## Setup on your machine

The installer uses your own home directory and discovers a supported local Chrome or Chromium browser for benchmarks. Connect your model and private communication channel, configure your exact owner identity and connect any private providers or execution agents you want to use. Telegram and WhatsApp controls are included. WhatsApp still needs its compatible channel plugin and phone pairing.

Codex handoffs verify the configured executor before launch. Other agent systems need their own adapters. Automatic model and reasoning selection is not included in this release. No personal credentials, customer records or browser sessions are distributed.

## Updating

Use the current installer to upgrade from an earlier release so the new installer logic runs. Existing private records and configuration are preserved. Run `clawseo doctor` afterward and test your connected channel before assigning production work.
