Who this agreement is between: AO Design LLC, out of Las Vegas, Nevada, operating ClawSEO, and each visitor, user, customer, purchaser, service client, or agent accessing or using ClawSEO.

What ClawSEO Provides

ClawSEO provides a free self-managed dedicated OpenClaw SEO appliance, a limited skill-only compatibility option, install tools, service information, optional paid setup and installation, and optional monthly maintenance and development. Current public pricing and included service details are described on the Plans pages. Purchase authorizes AO Design LLC to begin onboarding and schedule work for the selected tier.

No Guaranteed Rankings

SEO results depend on the website, market, competition, implementation quality, search engine behavior, content, technical constraints, and time. ClawSEO can provide strategy, tooling, setup, execution support, and managed work, but does not guarantee Google, Baidu, ChatGPT, AI-search, local, e-commerce, traffic, revenue, or ranking results.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for your website, accounts, credentials, business decisions, content approvals, legal compliance, and any implementation you choose to publish. Do not use ClawSEO for spam, cloaking, hidden text, scraped content, fake pages, doorway pages, harmful automation, or search-engine abuse.

Paid Installation And Managed Services

Tier 2 is a one-time $18,999 setup and installation service. Tier 3 is a $4,899 monthly maintenance and development subscription that renews automatically each month until canceled. Scope, timing, access needs, and deliverables follow the purchased plan and the information you provide. We may refuse, pause, or stop work that is abusive, unsafe, illegal, outside scope, or blocked by missing access.

Refunds And Cancellations

Unless a checkout or written agreement says otherwise, paid setup work covers scheduled professional time and implementation effort. Monthly service may be canceled for future billing periods, but completed work, setup work already begun, and elapsed service time are not automatically refundable. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

Third-Party Services

ClawSEO may interact with OpenClaw, Stripe, hosting providers, analytics, search engines, AI platforms, WordPress, Shopify, Wix, and other tools. Those third-party services have their own terms and may change independently.

Intellectual Property

ClawSEO, the website, service language, installer materials, appliance files, skill files, and related materials are owned by AO Design LLC or licensed to it unless otherwise stated. You may use the free appliance for your own authorized SEO operations, but may not sell, misrepresent, or redistribute ClawSEO as your own product.

Limitation Of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, AO Design LLC and ClawSEO are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, lost-profit, lost-ranking, lost-traffic, data-loss, or business-interruption damages from using the website, appliance, compatibility skill, installer, or services.
