ClawSEO · Dedicated OpenClaw SEO Operator Appliance

Use the ClawSEO Dedicated OpenClaw Appliance

How to install, configure, verify, update, and operate the dedicated ClawSEO OpenClaw SEO operator appliance.

Use ClawSEO

Install the complete ClawSEO-dedicated OpenClaw appliance on an independent machine or VPS. The default does not repurpose your existing personal OpenClaw; skill-only mode is a limited compatibility option.

curl -fsSL -A "Mozilla/5.0 ClawSEO-Installer/0.1" https://clawseo.com/install.sh | bash

After installation, continue with the printed absolute paths so the commands work before PATH reloads. Use the install-daemon command on macOS or native Linux. In WSL, use the no-install-daemon command and activate with no-service. Replace example.com and primary service with the real property you own.

"$HOME/.clawseo/bin/clawseo-openclaw" onboard --install-daemon --skip-skills --skip-bootstrap"$HOME/.clawseo/bin/clawseo-openclaw" onboard --no-install-daemon --skip-health --skip-skills --skip-bootstrap"$HOME/.clawseo/bin/clawseo" activate example.com "primary service""$HOME/.clawseo/bin/clawseo" activate example.com "primary service" --no-serviceexport PATH="$HOME/.local/bin:$PATH"

Supported terminals are macOS and Linux. Windows requires a WSL Linux distribution; native PowerShell and Command Prompt are not supported. ClawSEO uses manual-run mode in WSL; always-on startup requires a separately configured and verified Windows Scheduled Task.

  • Installs ClawSEO as a separate SEO operator without repurposing personal OpenClaw
  • Loads the professional SEO method and identity authored by @organicrankings
  • Provides reports, actions, approvals, execution, and independent outcome checks
  • Verifies downloads with checksums before writing files

How OpenAI And ChatGPT Connect

ClawSEO is not installed directly into ChatGPT or OpenAI. If you choose OpenAI as the model provider, the owner authenticates a supported OpenAI model through the dedicated ClawSEO OpenClaw profile. ClawSEO remains the installed SEO operator on your own machine or VPS.

Automatic Inspection And Authorized Actions

  • No business-system credentials required: automatically inspect public pages, robots.txt, sitemaps, metadata, canonicals, schema, and AI-crawler signals, then create local reports, briefs, drafts, and an approval queue.
  • Owner authorization required: CMS changes and publishing, Search Console or analytics access, email or outreach, business-profile edits, review replies, and other external actions.
  • Every external action requires configured execution and independent-verification adapters, approval of the exact action, and a real-result check before completion.

What Makes It Different

ClawSEO is built to substitute for the day-to-day SEO operator in your organization. Install the complete dedicated OpenClaw appliance on its own machine or VPS, connect your preferred model and business operation, and let its isolated SEO-only profile keep turning findings into queued and verified work.

The difference is not another generic checklist or chatty SEO advisor. ClawSEO is an operating agent for Google, ChatGPT visibility, Baidu, local SEO, e-commerce SEO, brand, reputation, on-page, and off-page work. Its standards and decisions are authored by @organicrankings from 21+ years of personal SEO experience.

Exact Functionality

  • Dedicated installation: puts the ClawSEO SEO operator on its own computer or VPS.
  • Product isolation: keeps ClawSEO work separate from the owner's personal OpenClaw setup.
  • Operator substitution: gives the organization a dedicated SEO operating loop instead of relying on scattered prompts, agency handoffs, or one-time audits.
  • Model connection: the owner authenticates a supported provider through the dedicated ClawSEO OpenClaw profile while the local SEO operator owns the workflow.
  • Proactive run: checks homepage crawl access, robots.txt, sitemap.xml, llms.txt, title, description, H1, canonical, and schema.
  • Action queue: records technical fixes, on-page tasks, content briefs, link-building prospects, brand consistency tasks, and reputation drafts.
  • Controlled execution: runs an approved external action only through an owner-authorized execution adapter.
  • Independent verification: uses the configured verifier to check the real result before marking an action complete.
  • Operational proof: readiness checks confirm the installation can observe, act, verify, and produce useful SEO output.
  • Staff handoff: keeps queued work, reports, and approvals organized so internal staff or the owner can execute the next action.
  • Approval gate: blocks public actions until the user approves the exact item.
  • Operator toggles: turn each SEO expert operator on or off per install; disabled operators are skipped by the agent cycle.
  • Cross-platform scheduler: agent-install-service uses launchd on macOS and a systemd user timer on Linux, with an explicit manual-run path when neither is available.

SEO Expert Operators

  • Technical Crawl Operator: checks response health, crawlability, robots.txt, sitemap.xml, llms.txt, canonicals, schema, and page signals.
  • Keyword Research Operator: expands seed terms, groups intent, and creates content brief actions.
  • @organicrankings Knowledge Strategy Operator: searches source-linked iLuvSEO textual knowledge and applies the @organicrankings method with current-fact validation.
  • Property Audit Expert: audits owned site assets, sitemap pages, metadata, H1, canonical, and schema coverage.
  • On-Page Optimization Operator: turns audits and keywords into title, description, heading, internal-link, and schema tasks.
  • Off-Page Authority Operator: builds legitimate citation, partner, resource, expert-source, and brand-mention queues with approval gates.
  • Brand And Reputation Operator: prepares entity-consistency tasks, real-review response drafts, profile-correction queues, and reputation-risk reports.
  • AI Visibility Operator: checks llms.txt, schema, source-of-truth pages, entity facts, and AI retrieval readiness.
